Hello My Creative Friends! I hope you had a fabulous weekend! As for me, we had a great day with family and feel blessed for what I have! If you are new to my blog, let me get you caught up. Every Monday, My Creative Time and a few of the design team members create a layout, Project Life or Smash page to get you inspired and motivated each week. I love this series because it really does get me motivated to smash more pages! Since Im away from home and on vacation, I totally forgot my project at home but I do have a video! So check it out! Scrapping the Little Things~MCT

Happy Monday to you all! Im so excited about todays post because I get to share with you my new blog make over!!! And I just love it!!!!! Veronica at VK Designs Company designed this awesome website! I just told her what I liked and she did the rest! I think this design is so me! If you are interested in a new web design go check her out but be aware, there is a waiting list! So good luck! It was so worth the wait!

MCT~Scrapping the Little Things

Hello My Creative Time Peeps! I hope you are having a great day so far! We just finished week one of summer vacation at our home and I thought I would do another summer Smash Series on my Youtube Channel. It's so hard to keep up but I am getting all of our memories in one book! So since today is Scrapping the Little Things at MCT, I thought this would fit perfectly! We went for a ride on our ATV (razor) up to the mountains last weekend. It was cold and raining but the kids had a blast! I used MCT stamps and dies on my pages. OMG Im in love with the Stitched Capture Frame with Arrow Die!!!!  Super cute right??

MCT~Scrapping the Little Things

Happy Monday and Happy Memorial! I hope you guys are having a great day! I really wanted to scrapbook a special picture for this very important day. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and didn't realize I was scheduled on Memorial Day until after I completed my layout. But I will ALWAYS remember this special and important day. Lets thank our Veterans and be fortunate for our freedom! 

Ok back to the layout! As you know, today is Scrapping the Little Things and since it's been a while since I completed a layout...Well here it is! I found this old picture of me and my daughter (about 9 years old) of us in a photo booth. The sad part is that I don't remember where we took it or what we were doing that day,,This is why its important to journal! I wish I would have at lease wrote a small note on the back :(...I do have a process video but you will have to come back on Friday to see it..My style has changed right! lol..YES I over did it with the Mr Hues Mist Sprays but I love all the layers and  how perfect the My Creative Stamps and Dies go so well with my old and new style! They really can accommodate every scrapper out there!!!! My little banners are from the Vintage Stitched Label Die and they look exactly like washi tape! And the "Notes" stamp is from Honey Do List set. My favorite sentiment is the "captured" phrase from the Life is Good Stamp set. It is so perfect with this style. I just love it! What ever your style, Im sure you will find what you need at Emma''s store.

MCT Scrapping the Little Things

Hello all and welcome to another fun and fabulous My Creative Time Scrapping the Little Things! Im so happy you stopped by today. Im excited to share my smash pages and a new video! YAY. As you know, scrapping the little things is a time to catch up on your layouts, project life and smash pages.  The best part about smashing is that there are no rules. I get a lot of questions about how I plan my pages. Sometimes I just go through my scraps and sometimes I plan the whole page. For today, I did a little bit of both. Either way, this is your book, your journal...You can do what every you want with it. I tend to forget that and focus on how "pretty it looks". So starting today, I am going to try and use more scraps and memorabilia. So that is my challenge to you! Make the memory with out any extra stress...Its supposed to be fun, right??

My Creative Time~Smashing the Little Things

Wow this weekend went so fast!!! I can't believe its Monday! Ugh..well at least the kids will be out of school in a few weeks and we wont have to get up so early! Yea,,that will happen, lol! Anyways..since summer is apprroaching, I thought I would start another smash series. I cant believe this time last year there were hardly any smash videos on Youtube and now..WOW! Im so glad I have inspired so many...(of course Im not the first one who made a smash video..but I like to think I started the smash book series..) So for today, I made this page of my daughter at her first race. She was super cute because she said she felt like she was going to pass out! lol..I was so proud of her! 

I used several MCT stamps and dies on these pages..Check out the video down below...Yes a video! Finally right! My poor YT viewers have been neglected..

My Creative Time Birthday Blog Hop

The first card I made is plain but very cute. I used Chocolate Greetings Sentiment for the little banners and the balloons are from the Fly Away with Me Stamp set.

For my next card, I had an idea in mind which didn't work out the way I envisioned it. I wanted it to swival so you can read out the "happy". But it doesn't...They kind of over lap each other. It's totally fine though because the person who receives it with be able to figure it out. It can also double as a small mini alum. Scrapping The Little Things

Hi My Creative Time Peeps and happy Monday! Today is another wonderful Scrapping the Little Things here at MCT. For my project today, I made this smash page of my son while he was getting his asthma treatment. Asthma is so scary but we have to be strong and brave for our kids. This is a page in our summer smash book. I wanted to remind myself that we will get through it all, rain or shine..Thats why this stamp set was perfect for this page! I just love how it came out! Oh and by the way, Happy Nurses Day!

Scrapping the Little Things~MCT

Another weekend has gone by (insert sad face here) but we can look forward to another Scrapping the Little Things at My Creative Time! I just love this challenge so much. I have gotten more smash pages done since this challenge started. Sometimes we get lazy (I know I do) and just want avoid all the pictures to scrapbook!

Im so glad for Emma's products because it makes Smashing and Project Life so much easier! For my pages today, I worked on my wedding smash book. I love this book because it's totally related to weddings! I added this photo of my husband and I when we got married. I didn't want to cover the chapel with paper but I did add the Stitched Restroom Peeps Dies at the bottom of the page. I layered a few paper collecting to my second page and added several MCT products to finish it off. I have noticed my smashing style had gotten a lot cleaner then it was before. I used to add so much stuff to my pages which made it super bulky. I think either way is awesome and I'm sure I will continue to use this method. What do you guys think?

Scrapping the Little Things Monday

Happy Monday and welcome to another awesome My Creative Time Scrapping the Little Things! I love this series because it forces me to get me smash pages done. I have been having a hard time keeping up with my book and right now they are collecting dust. This was a quick and easy page I made using MCT products. This is a picture of myself, Emma and Liz when we hooked up for coffee and a Hobby Lobby stop of course :). Super simple and to the point!

MCT April Release Blog Hop

Happy Friday and welcome to the My Creative Time April Release Blog hop! You guys are in for an huge and awesome release this month! If you came form Liz's blog you are in the right place. Like I said before this release has to be one of my favorites so far! I LOVE it! If you have been following along, you know what Im talking about! So for today's project, I made a special card for a special friend who has gotten me through some tough times. I used the It's All About You stamp set. This card took about 5 minutes to make. Thats why I love Emma's products. You can make a detailed card or a sweet and simple card. Either way you go, the finish project is going to be beautiful!
